bITo was founded in 2015 and has grown steadily ever since. In 2019 we moved into our own offices on Gravel Walks in Oldham.
We’ve chosen to stay small. Every project is led by a director who works with you from the first conversation through to long-term support, alongside our developers and support team. We’ve worked together for years, and between us we cover everything from database design to mobile apps.

Gordon has more than 20 years in the software industry and has founded two software companies (the first one together with Lee in the travel sector). At bITo he leads client relationships and project direction, from the first meeting through delivery and support.
Lee holds a master’s degree in software engineering and has more than 20 years in the industry. He specialises in high-speed database systems and transaction processing, and has written the core business systems for several well-known travel companies. He explains technical decisions in plain English and turns requirements into workable solutions quickly.
Craig co-founded bITo with Gordon after working alongside Gordon and Lee at their previous company. He leads web and mobile development, building cross-platform applications with Angular and Ionic, and keeps the team up to date with new languages and tools.
Chris studied web development at university and joined bITo as a developer in 2020. He specialises in UI and UX, and looks after how our web and mobile applications look and feel.
Our support staff look after clients day to day, answering questions and keeping you updated on anything you’ve raised.
