Our Story
bITo was founded in 2015 and has gone from strength to strength since then. In 2019 we moved into our offices on Gravel Walks in Oldham.
We are a tight-knit team and we enjoy writing robust and cutting edge software. The fact that we are a small team means that our clients will always know who they are talking to and because we work so well together we can do (almost) anything!
gordon pearce
Co-Founder & Director
Gordon has worked in the software industry for over 20 years, previously founding another successful software company together with Lee. Having moved on from there Gordon then founded bITo together with Craig, which was a chance for him to refocus, develop new skills and generate new business. Gordon is fuelled by a passion for software and he is always keen to explore new opportunities.

lee tudor
Director
Lee graduated university with his masters degree in software engineering over 20 years ago and he has worked in the same industry ever since. He met Gordon early into his career and together they built their first software business in the travel sector. Lee specialises in high speed database systems and transaction processing, writing the core business processing systems for several well-known travel companies. He is great at explaining things to customers on a non-technical level and quickly translating their requirements into workable solutions. When Lee moved on from his previous company he welcomed the invitation to join bITo and work with Gordon and Craig again.

Co-Founder & Director
Craig originally met Gordon and Lee whilst working at their previous company and jumped at the chance to start bITo along with Gordon. With a passion for programming, Craig primarily focuses on web and mobile technologies such as Angular and Ionic. Craig is always looking to learn new languages and expand his knowledge in order to help push himself and the business forward.
